Free shipping promotions apply only to continental U.S. states and do not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
At Abrazo Living LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a risk-free return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Return requests must be initiated and shipped within 7 days of receiving your order

Items returned with pet hair will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
A shipping/restocking fee of approximately $15 per item will be deducted from your refund
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be. We work closely with our shipping partners to file damage claims when needed.
If tracking confirms delivery to your address, we are unable to fully cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, though discounts or resolutions may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method, minus shipping and applicable fees.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
